WAMAC Investigations Expose Alleged Corruption in Kwara Hospital


In Kwara state, Wadata Media and Advocacy Centre team investigated and exposed a clandestine practice at the general hospital by laboratory staff and head of the department. Our team discovered how payments for laboratory tests were made without issuance of receipts for the said payments. on completion of the investigation, it was discovered that the lab staff used pre-signed lab form by the Head of Department to swindle the hospital and state government to the tune of three million Naira (N3,000,000.00)
